Terms and Conditions
For purposes of the statements below
‘you’, ‘your’, etc. refers to the client/customer/‘ticket’ buyer
‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, etc. refers to Aeonclave.
All places must be paid for in advance.
Places will not be held secured until both payment and enrolment information has been received by us.
Only Full Day places and Full Day plus Early Start and/or Late Finish places are available.
Schedule of Admin fees:
- Last Minute Payment fee- for payments made at the door just prior/during commencement = $10
- Last Minute Enrolment fee- for enrolment information (not just updates) collected at the door just prior/during commencement; processed ‘manually’ (not ‘online’) = $15
- Last Minute Enrolment*and* Payment fee- for payments made and enrolment information (not just updates) collected at the door just prior/during commencement; processed ‘manually’ (not ‘online’) = $20
- Late Payment fee- for payments made after commencement = $20
- Late Enrolment is simply not possible. We absolutely have to have enrolment details in hand by the commencement of a workshop/day/class
- Alteration fee- for changes to workshops/days/classes booked, other than additional places- require our office’s involvement = $10
No refunds or credit.
Best prices are available with online enrolment and payment.
Discounts are only available with online enrolment and payment.
Changes to Bookings:
(Please contact Aeonclave office by phone or email to arrange changes to bookings)
- Additional places may be booked as a separate enrolment. If at any stage the total of all bookings will take you over the minimum required of a program package for purposes of our discount system then you may purchase a program package registration and avail yourself of the relevant discount code to use for the additional booking/s. Similarly if you have already purchased a program package registration you may go on and use the same or upgrade to the new relevant discount code for the additional booking/s.
- Changes to workshops/days/classes booked, other than additional places (see above) require our office’s involvement and will be charged $10 admin fee
- Cancellations- No refunds or credit.
If a student fails to attend a workshop no refund or credit will be granted
