VACATION-

. Venue Yarralumla Primary School, Loftus Street, art wing entrance, signs will direct you
. Core Hours are from 9am to 5pm
. Doors Open 8:50am
. Early Starts, 8 – 9am including breakfast, may be booked right up to the last moment.
. Late Finishes, 5 – 6pm including refreshments, may be booked right up to the last moment. They will be booked by default if you are late to pick-up.
. Please make arrangements for someone else to pick-up participant if ever you will be later than 6pm. Pick Up later than 6pm will be charged at the rate of $25 per nearest 15mins
. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are catered
. Please ensure that your child has a no-cord wide-brimmed or ‘legionnaire’ style sun hat in their bag
. Please ensure that your child is dressed in clothes that can get messy (eg paint)
. Please ensure that your child has outdoor weather appropriate clothes including the means (a bag &/or extra clothing) to ‘layer-up’ or ‘layer-down’; especially in Winter- warm clothes please!
. Please inform front-desk officer if there are any last minute changes to participant information
. Please remember to update enrolment information, especially contact and medical, using parent login facility via https://ccvac.hubworks.com.au

AFTER-SCHOOL-

. Doors open 3:50pm
. Bridging Session, including afternoon tea, 3 – 4pm, may be booked right up to the last moment; will be booked by default for participants arriving 3-3:45pm
. Please make arrangements for someone else to pick-up participant if ever you will be later than 5:30pm. Pick Up later than 5:30pm will be charged at the rate of $25 per nearest 15mins
