2009 update
Over the last couple of years, as she has become more in demand as a facilitator of art workshops at the NGA etc, and for private art commissions, along with the rigours of our school holiday art workshop and after-school art class programmes, children’s art parties have declined as a business activity for Teffany. We are currently engaged in the early days of running a mentorship program whereby younger and student artists will take on the role of ‘Catalyst’ for such activities, directing projects designed by Teffany or collaboratively by Teffany and team members. We are looking forward to having this new aspect up and running by the end of the year

Sorry to risk overloading you with details; but that is by way of saying that it has become something of a rare thing to be able to privately contract Teffany’s services.
It is still possible that she will still step out and direct an Art Party experience though. She has a swag of such fantastic experiences under her belt- ‘Totem Pole Art Parties’, ‘Printing Parties’, ‘Rock Pool Parties’, to name but a few. However you won’t be able to get her attention for less than $600.

The base-line Art Party features an art project which will engage 6 +/- 2 participants for approximately 2.5hrs, usually broken into 2 sessions; can be held in our space or yours; and results in not only great, creative fun, but also a lasting artistic testimony (eg totem pole) to the special occasion.
Favourite extras are the firing and glazing of a ceramic project so that it can be installed in an outdoor space; installation of the ‘monument’; and an original artist-made piñata, filled with goodies and ready to be the central focus of party games!
We do not supply or serve any food.
Exact projects (theme and materials) can be decided upon in discussion.
