Creative Catalyst
Creative Catalyst is responsible for the Creative Direction of the visual art aspects of Aeoncademy’s specialised programming.
Creative Catalyst nurtures children and young people’s creativity, adaptability and natural intelligence through a unique system of participation in the visual arts:
- choosing from a large array of inspirational open-ended themes, participants are equipped with the tools, techniques and materials to give form to what they have imagined.
- Our trained and dedicated ‘catalysts’ lay all their expertise and care at the disposal of participants, and we marvel time and again at the originality of each finished work.
- Invariably students end with something they are proud of and which may even earn a pride of place in their home.
- We have the time, we have the patience and the skills, we have the facilities and equipment, and we don’t care how messy we get, to catalyse and guide a participant’s process from imagination through conception and design to making and finishing unique works of art.
